Learning objectives:
1. Understanding the different aetiologies of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS).
2. Understand the unified airway model.
3. Appreciate the effect of asthma on CRS and vice versa.
4. How to personalize management of CRS patients with asthma.
Learning Objectives:
1 -Basic introduction to MRI as an imaging modality
2 -Safety Considerations including: Magnetic Field Safety, Implantable Devices, Pregnancy, Gadolinium agents and renal function.
3 – Indications and utilization
Learning Objectives:
  1. Demonstrate an increased knowlege of how Advance Care Planning, Goal of Care and Serious Illness conversations are linked.
  2. Identify tools to utilize with the various conversations.
  3. Know where to find resources for yourself and your patients.
