Physician Wellness

Wellness is a journey, not a destination.
Wellness looks different for each of you, for some its about reading self help books, for some its about hitting the gym, and for others it can be as simple as taking the time to enjoy a glass of wine with a nice meal. The tools you use to reset after a hard day are your personal form of Wellness.
At the MSA we try to provide you with the tools you need to help you maintain a state of Wellbeing. We have endeavoured to create a support system that you can access when your usual wellness tools are no longer sufficient.
We know that wellness resource pages are often overwhelming, so we have organised this page into a set of categories based on different ways wellness can be maintained.
