It is with great pleasure we announce Kathy Henderson as the successful applicant for the Clinical Operations Director position.
Kathy brings more than 35 years of nursing experience to the position, with more than 16 years in clinical or operational leadership. Kathy has most recently held manager positions in acute and community services, including Community Connections and PACT as well as Interim Director for the portfolio she will now be responsible for.
Kathy is known for her passion and enthusiasm and brings with her operational expertise and historical knowledge of the Ridge Meadows Hospital and Community of Care that will support the leadership team to develop new strategies and advance initiatives. Kathy continually strives to improve the healthcare system to ensure we are providing the best care for our patients. Kathy’s strength lies in her ability to develop relationships and engage and collaborate with all stakeholders.
Kathy is extremely excited to start this new chapter of her career, which will officially commence on November 2, 2020.
